1. General Return Guidelines

At Blancs.com.au, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policies below:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Surfboards Return Policy

Our surfboards are made to order and cannot be refunded once production has started.

  • Inspection Before Shipping: All boards are thoroughly inspected before being shipped to ensure they meet our quality standards.

  • Courier Damage: Any damage caused by the courier is not covered by Blancs. Customers may choose to purchase shipping insurance and must pursue any damage claims directly with the shipping agency. We will, of course, assist with any claims where possible.

  • Design Overview: A design overview will be provided to the customer before production begins. Please check this carefully, as once confirmed, we will not refund or accommodate changes after production starts.

3. Accessories Return Policy

Our accessories include items such as fins, leashes, traction pads, apparel, and other surf-related gear.

  • Return Conditions: Accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear and undergarments cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is broken.

4. Exchanges

  • Process: To exchange an item, please return the original item following the return guidelines and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time and availability of the replacement item.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Manufacturer’s Warranty

  • Coverage: After 30 days, any defects or issues may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at shapercoop@gmail.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Prepare Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  3. Ship Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
